AIMI Market Pack – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and delivery of AIMI Market Packs via agencyrecon.co.uk only.

They do not apply to any other Agency Recon services, including AITR, which are sold separately via agencyrecon.com under their own conditions.

By purchasing an AIMI Market Pack, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The AIMI Market Pack is a digitally delivered market intelligence service. It may include:

  • Market microsite URL
  • Winners table covering AI and search visibility signals
  • Recommendations URL outlining actions and rationale
  • Target list of businesses within the defined market

All outputs are delivered electronically. No physical deliverables are supplied. The service does not include consultancy calls, implementation work, or guaranteed outcomes.

2. Ordering and Required Inputs

To generate an AIMI Market Pack, you must provide the following inputs at checkout:

  • Town
  • Postcode
  • Industry

You are responsible for ensuring all inputs are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect inputs may pause delivery until clarified.

3. Delivery and Service Level

AIMI Market Packs are delivered within 4 UK business hours, defined as Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UK time), excluding UK public holidays.

The delivery timeframe begins only after successful payment and receipt of valid inputs. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party data outages or force majeure events.

4. Pricing, VAT, and Tax

Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VAT and other applicable taxes are calculated and displayed automatically during checkout based on customer location and tax status.

EU business customers may be eligible for VAT reverse charge where a valid VAT number is provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customised and time-sensitive nature of the AIMI Market Pack:

  • No refunds are available once work has started
  • Refunds may be issued only if the service is not delivered at all and no substantive work has begun

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with findings or market competitiveness.

6. Use of Outputs

Outputs are provided for internal analysis, sales, and marketing purposes only. They are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the AIMI Market Pack. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This applies to customers based in the UK and the EU.
